This is the second step of my meditation technique. If you have trained the first step (pre-meditative state) you are now ready to try to go into the meditative state the way I do.
I’ve been asked about what meditation technique I use several times, and I find it really difficult to answer to that. I think meditation is something very personal, everyone should find their own technique. But maybe my experience can help you find your own technique.
